Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We do not currently deliver to the following areas:

  • Northern Ireland – all BT postcodes
  • Isle of Man – all IM postcodes
  • Channel Islands – GY (Guernsey), JE (Jersey)
  • Isle of Wight – PO30–PO41
  • Scottish Islands (ferry access) – HS (Outer Hebrides), KW15–KW17 (Orkney), ZE (Shetland), PA41–PA78 (Scottish islands only), KA27 (Isle of Arran), KA28 (Isle of Cumbrae), IV40–IV56 (includes Isle of Skye & nearby islands)
  • Isles of Scilly – TR21–TR25

We also do not ship internationally. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Delivery Cost

Standard delivery is FREE on all UK mainland orders. Premium delivery (room-of-choice + assembly) is available at checkout for an additional fee, priced per product.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery: 5–7 working days. Express delivery (where selected): 2–3 working days on in-stock items. Bespoke / made-to-order items: 10–14 working days.

4. Dispatch & Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Our courier will contact you to arrange a delivery day and a 4-hour time slot.

5. Delivery Service

Standard delivery is to your front door / main building entrance. Our team can carry items up to 2 flights of stairs where safe access is available. For rooms above 2 floors, lift access is required.

6. Room-of-Choice & Assembly

If you select our assembly service at checkout, our team will deliver to the room of your choice and assemble the bed. Conditions apply (see Terms of Service).

7. Access & Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us in advance of any narrow entrances, staircases, parking restrictions, or gated access. Failed deliveries caused by undisclosed access issues will incur a re-delivery fee.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order on arrival. Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by phone or email with photographs.

9. Changes to Delivery Date

You can request a delivery date change up to 2 working days before the scheduled delivery. Requests must be received before 1:00 PM on the cut-off day.
