2. Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed at the point of confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or delivery limitations.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

4. Consumer Rights (UK Law)

Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. You also have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

5. Cancellation & Returns

Customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods. Any applicable return fees will be clearly communicated.

6. Delivery

Standard delivery is to the front door or entrance only. For flats or apartments, delivery is made to the building entrance or lobby only.

Room of Choice & Assembly service is subject to safe access throughout the property. Lift access is required above two floors and stairways or access routes must be clear. If conditions are not met, delivery may be limited to entrance or ground floor.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, ensuring safe access for delivery, being available to receive goods, and informing us of any delivery restrictions in advance. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, lack of access, or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Zora Beds and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use content for fraudulent purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
